Appliance Age — Real data. Real answers.

How old is my Hisense?

A serial number alone may not establish the age of your Hisense equipment. Look for a manufacture date on the rating label, then check original documents or contact the manufacturer if the date is missing.

We recognize Hisense. We’re still building its age decoder.

You can still scan the data plate to extract the brand, model and serial and check available recall information. We won’t guess the manufacture date.

Send three clear photos: the whole appliance, brand/model area and full data plate. Qualifying approved contributions earn 50 free successful lookups, valid for 12 months from approval.

Hisense age can't be read from the serial number

Hisense doesn't publish a reliable way to calculate an HVAC unit's age from its serial number. Check the rating plate for a printed manufacture date. If none is shown, contact Hisense Customer Service with the model, serial number, and batch number.

The shorter value beside “SERIAL NO.” is the serial. Keep the longer barcode text as supporting information.

United States support: 1-877-465-3566

An installation invoice or service record can help establish the equipment’s history. A standards revision year, patent date or manual copyright date is not its manufacture date.
