Miele WXF960 washer
A front load washer, sold in Canada and the US. The rating label may show a manufacture date or a supported serial date code. A model introduction date does not establish when your individual unit was built.
How old is my Miele WXF960?
The version ENERGY STAR lists today has been on sale since July 2026. Earlier versions of the WXF960 may be older.
Enter the serial number and any printed manufacture date from the rating label. Some results need more details or manufacturer confirmation.
Miele age can't be read from the serial number
Miele doesn't publish a way to work out an appliance's age from its serial number. Look over the rating plate carefully, a production date is sometimes printed on it. If there's no printed date, Miele Customer Service can look it up from the model and serial number.
Look on the rating plate for a printed production or manufacture date.
Canada support: 1-800-565-6435
United States support: 1-888-996-4353
An installation invoice or service record can help establish the equipment’s history. A standards revision year, patent date or manual copyright date is not its manufacture date.
